Our first report card for the 2018-19 school year will be going on January 31 and we would like to share some important information with you. Every day that your child comes to school, teachers are assessing their learning. This means that teachers are gathering evidence of student work so that they are able to make an informed decision when it comes to the report card. Teachers spend their time observing students working, engaging in [...]

Report Card Information

REPORT CARDSStudents will be coming home with their report cards on Thursday, January 31st, 2019. This is one of the ways we inform parents about their child's progress and achievement. Dates to Remember

Principal's Message

Winter Break

Warmest Greetings for a Wonderful Holiday
Winter Break is around the corner. As we approach the end of the year, it is with great pride that we look back at what our students and staff have accomplished in just four months. Student learning continues to take center stage at CJM. Across all grades and subject areas students and teachers collaborate in the learning process through innovative teaching practices, feedback and student input into their learning and assessment.
Throughout the school year, the weekly CJM News will continue to communicate important information and dates for the upcoming months. Teacher Pages will also continue to address what’s new and happening in your child’s classroom.
As always, we invite you to become a member of our School Council. Please come and be a part of our community. Your voice, your ideas, your participation all help in achieving and supporting our School Development Plan.
Finally, we would like to wish our students, our parents, our staff and the community a happy holiday and a celebration filled with family and friends. It is moments like this, when we can pause, catch our breath and look back, that we realize how honored and fortunate we are to be a part of this community.
Best wishes for a safe, relaxing and peaceful holiday and a happy new year.
Ms. Bains & Ms. Sarson
Principal & Assistant Principal
