Office Hours

Monday - Thursday 8:10 AM - 3:30 PM
Friday 8:10 AM - 1:00 PM

We ask that parents/guardians refrain from visiting the office between 8:25 AM and 9:00 AM as we will be focusing on attendance. If parents/guardians come to the office before 9:00 AM, they may be asked to wait to speak with the office staff until attendance has been completed.

Supervision

Supervision will begin on the school grounds at 8:10 AM Monday to Friday.
Lunchtime supervision begins at 12:00 PM.
After school supervision will be offered until 3:15 PM Monday to Thursday.

Teacher supervision is provided around the school grounds and at both crosswalks. Teachers do their best to "sweep" the grounds when school is going in to ensure all students are scooped inside, and after school to locate any students who have not connected with caregivers. Students will be brought to the office if they have not connected with an adult by 3:05 PM.

Concerns & Complaints

We know that the success of your student is dependent on a strong partnership between families and the CBE. If you have a concern, it can usually be addressed at the classroom level. Your first step is to arrange to speak privately with your child’s teacher. If you feel your issue is still unresolved, please contact your principal. If you and the school are unable to find a resolution, please see our Concerns & Complaints page for additional information, including the process to contact your Area Director.
