Our patrollers’ program is now up and running. 

Training Session Completed

Patrollers and teacher supervisors had their training session with AMA and City Police officials in September. We now have twenty-one students from our grade 5 TLC and  5-6 community homerooms who are trained. They are on teams and have scheduled days and times for being on patrol duty.

Supervised Crossing

Our patrollers supervise the crossing at the intersection of 42nd Street and Whitnel Place NE. They assist pedestrians to cross at this intersection between:

  • Monday to Thursday: 3:45 - 4:00 PM
  • Fridays: 1:00 - 1:15 PM


Patrols are on duty during school days only.
