Our Lunch Program 

Lunch Break: 12:11 - 1:00 PM

We have an outstanding supervised lunch program which provides Grades 1-6 children with an opportunity to eat lunch and socialize with their friends at school and to also take part in various clubs and activities hosted during the lunch hour. Children can be enrolled in the program on a monthly or drop-in basis. Students bring their own lunches and are supervised by CBE lunchroom supervisors.

Hot Lunch Program

Optionally, parents can choose to have their children attend the "hot lunch" program. The Hot Lunch program is provided at the Inglewood Community Association Centre and is a brief walk from Colonel Walker School.

Students enrolled in this program are provided with home-cooked meals which follow the Canada Food Guide. The menu has been developed by a professional chef. Fresh fruit or veggies, and juice and milk are served with each meal. Supervision is also provided for those who prefer to bring their own lunch.

The hot lunch program is not a CBE run program. For more information on the Hot Lunch Program, please contact the Inglewood Community Association directly at 403-263-2151.
