School Newsletters

A newsletter is emailed to each family on the first day of each month. A calendar for the month and information regarding current activities is included. The newsletter is also posted on our News Centre page.

Don't forget, you have to be subscribed to receive school messages in order to get our newsletters.

Student Agendas

We are providing our Grade 1 to 6 students with their own personal Earl Grey Agenda to facilitate communication between home and school and to encourage the development of students’ organizational skills. Each student is responsible for recording pertinent information in the agenda on a daily basis. Assignments, unfinished work or special projects will be recorded and school notices and announcements will also be put into the agenda. Both parents and teachers may use the agenda to relay information back and forth. Parents are asked to check that assignments are complete and to sign or initial the agenda before it is returned each morning. Some classrooms may be using D2L (an on-line learning tool) and/or teacher blogs.
