There are many ways you can contribute to our school’s success, and make a difference for our school and our students. In our school, this can include providing in-kind donations, contributing cash and lending expertise and technical knowledge. Connect with our principal on what may be appropriate. Grocery Card Program - Coming in MAY!

This year's Grocery and Gift Card Program will be running in May! We will be sending out order forms to parents shortly after the Easter break. We will once again be offering Co-op and Safeway gift cards for purchase. We will also provide the access information on how you can purchase Indigo gift cards, of which the school receives a 15% rebate on all card sales. The grocery cards give the ESFS anywhere from 5%-9% in return, depending on the total value of gross card sales. The more cards purchased by our parents means the school receives higher rebates. The proceeds from this fundraising program help with the purchase of educational enrichment items such as library books, musical instruments, technology and field trips.

Order forms will be sent home with students as well as sent electronically in the weekly update messages to parents.

Fundraising Plan and Survey

ESFS is currently working on drafting a survey that will be sent out to all parents in late April. We will be asking for your feedback on how we fundraise for school programs, activities and teaching tools that ESFS currently funds each year for the school. Please keep an eye out for this survey. We hope to get a strong response from parents as the information and answers we receive will help us to develop a future fundraising strategy for our school.

Dear Elboya School Community,

On behalf of the Elboya School Playground Project Committee, we would like to express our sincere thanks for your generosity and contributions to the Playground Project. We have successfully met and surpassed our fundraising goal of raising $125,000 due to our amazing school community and local organizations who have donated to the project, whether that was in a donation, buying a raffle ticket or an auction item - thank you!!!

Sincerely,

Kristy Howe, Project Lead, Elboya School Playground Project Committee
