​Traffic Safety

Ensuring our students get to school safely is everyone’s responsibility. Please be mindful of crosswalks, parking rules and speed limits when you are near our schools, especially during the morning drop-off and afternoon dismissal times.​ ​​​​

Parents please avoid dropping off or picking up students in the parking lot unless you have prearranged that with staff. If you need to park and come into the school there are visitor parking stalls at the south end of the lot that you are welcome to use. Please do not park in teacher parking spots even if they are empty as it could be the teacher has run out to get some supplies for their upcoming lesson and will need to get back into their spot.

As well, we have a large bus zone on Varsity Drive that needs to be kept clear to make way for the buses. If you are just quickly dropping off and there are no buses present then go ahead but if you are parking and waiting for your child please do not do it in the bus zone. CBE Spring Break runs Mar. 23 – 27 for Traditional Calendar Schools, until Apr. 3 for Modified Calendar Schools. CBE Schools are closed during this time. Students and Staff, enjoy your time off, be safe and take care of yourselves. #WeAreCBE
