We offer parents/guardians flexible payments options. You can choose how and when to pay your fees:

  • Online – pay with your credit card or Interac bank card through My CBE Account
  • Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) – up to 10 monthly payments either online through My CBE Account or by completing the PAD section of the Central Fee Payment Form
  • Cheque submitted with the Central Fee Payment Form. Cheques must be dated for Sept. 1, 2017 and include the student's name and CBE ID number if cheque not attached to the form
  • Apply for a waiver

We do not accept credit card information over the phone, by fax or by mail (to ensure security of your personal and financial information).

Online Payment

You can pay most school fees online using your My CBE Account. Online fee payment offers parents/guardians flexibility in payment methods, convenience, and real-time information on payments.

How to Create Your My CBE Account

Setting up an account to pay student fees online is quick and easy, but there are a few things that must be confirmed before you register. If you are setting up a My CBE Account you must:

  • Be a legal guardian
  • Use the same email address the school has on file and
  • Have your child’s CBE student ID number

If you are not sure of any of this information, please contact your child’s school.

Go to My CBE Account to create your account, and add your child using their CBE student ID. After you create your account, you will receive a confirmation email. You must click on the “complete process” link in the email to activate your account.

For questions related to online payments or fees, please call 403-817-7888.

Pay by Pre-Authorized Debit

This is available for Noon Supervision and Transportation fees only. You can choose to pay fees by automatic withdrawal from your bank account. The easiest way to enrol is online using your My CBE Account. You can also use the Central Fee Payment Form.

Scheduled payment options:

  • 10 monthly payments (withdrawn each month from September to June)
  • Two payments (withdrawn in September and February)

Pay at Your School

You can also pay fees at your child’s school. Most schools will only accept a cheque for the full amount of your fees. Cheques include the student's name and CBE ID number.

Pay at CBE Education Centre

You may also pay in-person at the Education Centre or mail your completed forms and cheque payment.
