Health and Life Skills

Homeroom teachers with support from PE teach health and Life Skills in homeroom groups where possible. Curriculum is tailored to appropriate ages but the general units of study are:

  • Wellness Choices - make responsible and informed choices to maintain health and promote safety. 
  • Relationship Choices - develop interpersonal skills in order to establish and maintain healthy interactions. 
  • Life Learning Choices - manage and explore life roles and career opportunities and challenges
