Every student who is new to the CBE needs to register at their designated school. Everyone has a designated school based on their home address and the program they choose. You can find your designated school by using our Find a School tool.

To register, please:

  1. Complete the appropriate grade 10 or grade 11 registration packages found on this page under resources.

  2. Bring the registration form, proof of age and legal name (birth certificate or passport) and proof of your address (the principal may ask to see one or more of the following: driver’s license, municipal/federal correspondence, financial/residential documents or a utility bill) to the school. Please see our Registration FAQ 2019-2020 document for more information.

CBE Students Designated to Joane Cardinal-Schubert

Registration for students currently in a CBE school, and who are designated to JCSHS, will take place at their school and will not need to complete the registration packages.  For information regarding course descriptions please the Complementary Course Guide and the CBE resource “Get Ready, Get Set, Go For It”.

If you are looking to join our school mid-year, contact us for information. 

It is not possible to register at the school during the summer or other times when the school is closed; please visit us when we are open to register. You can find more information and dates on our Back to School page.

​Out-of-Boundary Students

If you would like to transfer from one CBE school to another, please refer to the instructions in the request to transfer form.

When you are transitioning from middle school to high school, you will be automatically registered at your designated school (according to your home address and program).​​​​
