Every student who is new to CBE needs to register at their designated school. Everyone has a designated school based on their home address and the program they choose. You can find your designated school by using our Find a School tool.

To register, please:

  1. Complete the appropriate grade 10, 11 or 12 registration packages found on this page under resources.

  2. Bring the registration form, proof of age and legal name (birth certificate or passport) and proof of your address (the principal may ask to see one or more of the following: driver’s license, municipal/federal correspondence, financial/residential documents or a utility bill) to the school. Please see our Registration FAQ 2020-2021 document for more information.

CBE Students Designated to Joane Cardinal-Schubert

Registration for students currently enrolled in a CBE school, and who are designated to JCS, will take place at their school and will not need to complete the registration packages.  For more information regarding course descriptions, please access the JCS 20-21 Complementary Registration Guide under Resources or the Detailed High School link located on the right.

If you are looking to join our school mid-year, contact us for information. 

It is not possible to register at the school during the summer or other times when the school is closed; please visit us when we are open to register. You can find more information and dates on our Back to School page.

​Out-of-Boundary Students

If you would like to transfer from one CBE school to another, please refer to the instructions in the request to transfer form.

When you are transitioning from middle school to high school, you will be automatically registered at your designated school (according to your home address and program).​​​​

CBE Spring Break runs Mar. 23 – 27 for Traditional Calendar Schools, until Apr. 3 for Modified Calendar Schools. CBE Schools are closed during this time. Students and Staff, enjoy your time off, be safe and take care of yourselves. #WeAreCBE
