The presentation from last week’s Gr. 12 Parent/Guardian Information Night #2 is now available on the graduation page of the school website. Important highlights from the presentation include:

  • Grad Photos – currently happening at the school until Wednesday. March 18th. Lots of appointments are still available.
  • Guest Registration for Banquet – ALL GUESTS (including family) must be registered with the school prior to ticket sales. School-age guests are required to be approved by an Assistant Principal.
  • Monday, March 30th – DEADLINE for all schoolwork to be considered for the April reporting period. DEADLINE for proof-of-50%-completion in online classes required for graduation.
  • Final Grad List – Monday, April 20th, determined based on April 17th online reporting. Students failing a required course at that time will be removed from the grad list.

Banquet ticket sales will begin after spring break and more information will be provided at that time.

  • The “2020 Closing Ceremonies Speaker Application Package” is now available under Resources. Deadline: 12:00 PM on Friday, February 28th.
  • Grad photos will be happening at the school from Friday, February 28th to Wednesday, March 18th. The online booking site is now open. Please see the “2020 Grad Photos_Booking Instructions” document under Resources for detailed instructions and a link to the booking site.
  • A comprehensive “Grad 2020_Frequently Asked Questions” document is now available under Resources
  • Upcoming Event: The second Gr. 12 Parent/Guardian Parent Info Night will happen Tuesday, March 3rd at 7:00 PM. This evening will review important information about the Graduand List and related deadlines, as well as details about the graduation ceremony and banquet/dance.
