In February, we are celebrating the French Carnival in music by learning a variety of songs in French and accompanying them with different instruments, including xylophones and musical spoons! We will also be moving towards finishing up our music listening units and moving towards composition. Students will transfer and apply their skills in analyzing different elements in music to create their own pieces of music that reflect a specific theme. Students will continue to learn songs and play a variety of instruments throughout this unit.

Choir and Xylophone Club News
