Students in the Calgary Board of Education travel to school in a variety ways, including walking, taking yellow buses or Calgary Transit or being driven by parents/guardians. Their safety is important, no matter how they get to school and home again.

The Walking School Bus

The Walking School Bus is a parent volunteer run, free for everyone program intended to get our kids to school in an active, reliable, fun, and safe way.

How does it work again?

Our parent volunteers start the route at  at 7/11 (8:20 am) and arrive at School (8:25 am) Kids are dropped off on School grounds after the Teacher Supervision begins.

How can my child join?

If you see the group walking, please join in. It's free and fun and happens every school day, rain or shine (mornings only, not after school). The kids are having a blast and are making new buddies. We've got a group of 10+ kids most days.

Volunteer

We are always in need of some new people to volunteer. One or two mornings per week.  Please contact the school office if this is of interest to you. It is a great way to get to know our awesome Ramsay kids and their parents better.

STEM Before and After Care

STEM Learning Lab

We are very pleased to have Stem Learning Lab be part of the Ramsay family as our Before and After Program!

Subsidies are able to be applied for if you qualify (please ask how to apply when you contact them if you need this)

Hours are from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM daily.

If you have questions or need to do a paper registration, please email: lin@stemlearninglab.com  or call 403-589-2639.
