Traffic Safety

Ensuring our students get to school safely is everyone’s responsibility. Please be mindful of crosswalks, parking rules and speed limits when you are near our schools, especially during the morning drop-off and afternoon dismissal times.

Staff Parking Lot is Off Limits

The parking in the lot north of the school is reserved for staff and CBE employees. Students are not allowed in the parking lot and it should not be used as a drop off area.

Drive Carefully

It is critical to follow the school zone signs – choose safety over convenience – no parking within 5 metres of crosswalks and fire hydrants. Help keep our students and community members safe. Please respect the school zone speed limits, for the safety of everyone. Traffic concerns can be reported to Calgary Police Services or City of Calgary.

No Idling Please

Please respect our school No Idle Zone – help keep our air clean for everyone by turning off your vehicle when parking by the school. Help everyone out with fresh air to breathe!
