Every student who is new to the CBE needs to register at their designated school. Everyone has a designated school based on their home address and the program they choose. You can find your designated school by using our Find a School tool.

To register, please:

  1. Complete the Student Registration Form

  2. Bring the registration form, original copies showing your child’s proof of age and legal name (birth certificate, passport or court documents) and proof of your address (the principal may ask to see one or more of the following: driver’s licence, municipal/federal correspondence, financial/residential documents or a utility bill) to the school

To confirm school attendance areas or program offerings or for more information about registration, please contact us directly.

You can find detailed information about high school planning, courses, completion and more on the CBE High School Success page.

New to the CBE

If you are looking to join our school mid-year, contact us for information.

It is not possible to register at the school during the summer or other times when the school is closed; please visit us when we are open to register. You can find more information and dates on our Back to School page.

Non-Canadian students have a different registration process: please see our Non-Canadian Students page for details.
