Grad Ceremonies

Wednesday, May 22 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Stampede Corral, Stampede Park

  • No tickets needed for entrance into the Stampede Corral for the Ceremonies
  • Seating capacity is over 3000 and is on a first come first served basis.
  • If special seating is required due to mobility issues, please contact Ms. Belhumeur by email: anbelhumeur@cbe.ab.ca or by calling 403-289-2551 ext. 7489.

Participation in Graduation Ceremonies requires students to: 

  • Have earned the required credits and courses to meet the Alberta Education requirements for a High School Diploma or Certificate of High School Achievement
  • Be a student in good standing according to the school code of conduct

Individual cases will be considered on their own merits.

Grad Banquet & Dance

Parents/Guardians

Purchase your Grad Banquet & Dance tickets by Thursday, March 14 at 3:00 PM Cost: $90 per person. You can purchase a maximum of 8 tickets (including the graduating student ). Tickets are NON TRANSFERABLE to another student. Pay ONLINE: login to MyCBE/PowerSchool to make the necessary payments for the Grad tickets. or Pay by CASH or CHEQUE at the business office. Cheques are payable to William Aberhart High School and must be post dated NO LATER THAN May 1ST, 2019 Tickets can be picked up by the student from room 317 from April 2 to April 4 after school (3:55pm to 4:30pm) STUDENT:

  • Fill in your GUEST LIST form by logging into your educbe.ca account. This must be completed by March 14th.
  • Please note that parents are not able to login to fill this form. The student must use their school account in order to complete this form.

Students

If you have NEVER used your school account, you MUST change your password first

Get your educbe EMail ID as follows: log into D2L, click on your name, then Account Settings & view the information on the Email tab.

Go to the top right hand corner of the Google page and sign in.

STEP 2. STUDENT: Once logged into your account, you can complete the Guest List form

"I bought tickets and filled in the guest list", What's next?

  • Tickets can be picked up by the student (or parent) from room 317 from April 2 to April 4 after school (3:55 PM to 4:30PM). Please bring your ID with you.
  • When you pick up your tickets, you will be given the table form where you can indicate who you want to sit with at the banquet. Note: each table holds a maximum of 8 guests.
  • Table form is due April 5 in the main office.
