Throughout the school year it is important to get timely information home to parents. That’s why William Reid has a variety of ways of communicating with you. Here is a list of some of the common ways you can get information.

  • Attend a William Reid School Council meeting
  • Attend a William Reid School Fundraising Society meeting
  • Visit this website regularly
  • Visit the William Reid Parents Website 
  • Connect to Facebook: visit and request to be a member. This social media tool is used to give parents real-time updates and reminders.
  • Read the Monthly School Newsletters which are emailed out once a month from the school and posted on our News Centre page.  
  • Read the emails that come from School Administration as well as the school council and fundraising society, as they include important information and are sent out regularly.
  • Talk to your child’s teacher or school administration. All parents are encouraged to approach their child’s teacher with any questions or concerns or stop by the office and talk with Principal or Vice Principal.
