There are many ways you can contribute to our school’s success, and make a difference for our school and our students. In our school, this can include providing in-kind donations, contributing cash and lending expertise and technical knowledge. Connect with our principal on what may be appropriate. For more information on ways to give to CBE, visit Donate on the CBE website.

Every two years Woodman school gets to volunteer at a casino. It is our biggest fundraiser bringing in approximately $65,000. In time for hostess gifts and stocking stuffers. 25% of all sales return to the school to help support our arts program and community initiatives. Watch for the flyers and emails in November. Orders will be ready for pickup Dec 4.

Healthy Hunger

Allows families a day off of packing lunches and raises money for the school! Money raised from this fundraiser allows council to support the school to make sure all students have equal opportunity to participate in all activities. Any excess funds will go to help offset field trip costs. Watch for information on the website.

Cheque Writing Campaign

We understand that some families may have had enough with buying “stuff” but would still like to support the school. School Council will be holding a cheque writing campaign for the month of March. Donations over $20 will be eligible for a tax receipt. Monies raised will go towards our playground development and needed upgrades to our common spaces in and outside of the school.
