End of year student recognition system: Colts Crowns

Character Climber - This is a student who has made considerable effort to improve themselves through deed and action over the year.

Spirit Enhancer - This student is always visible building people up and encouraging fair play and teamwork, always being prepared to help others.

Volunteer - This student has volunteered on numerous occasions and enhances the welcoming culture of the school. 

Consideration - This student is happy to let go of their own group preferences to help those who may struggle to find connections in this area

Above and Beyond - in class or socially this student is always willing to stand up for a friend in a positive way and works hard to support their peers and teachers

Team Player - this student always works with their group and encourages fair play. This student looks for opportunities to encourages others to be their best.

Altruism - this student is always helping others with no thought of payback or recognition. They are positive influences within a class and 

True Grit - This student always gives their best self no matter what the situation. They may have had a rough start to the year or had issues arise throughout the year but they have worked to overcome these and are a positive contributor to our school

Leader of the Troop - This person is a leader in the classroom and in the school, they are positive and work together with students and adults to promote a healthy, positive school environment. They are reliable, friendly, respectful and someone students look up to in a positive way.

All-Rounder - This student demonstrates attributes in 4 or more of the above categories
