Ms. Draper, our talented Music Specialist and the students have worked very hard during their lunchtimes since January and it showed! Perfect timing and focus were enhanced by the theatre itself and took our breath away!
Congratulations to all those students and a big thank you to the support of their families who conveyed to their children the importance of hard work and commitment. We are very lucky to have Ms. Draper as a part of the Orff the Wall team so that our School can allow our students the opportunity to participate.
School photos are just around the corner on Thursday April 20 and the weather will be getting warmer soon, so please remember to send your child with their water bottle and sun hats!
Coming up in early May, the whole school will be having the chance to participate in Alien in-line skating and students are looking forward to honing their roller skating skills ready for summer! We also have our second Scholastic Book Fair from Monday May 8 to Friday May 12.
We are continuing to fund raise as much as we can for our Agility Playground and students are continuing to enjoy popcorn to support! Parent Fund-raising are organizing some exciting fund-raisers coming up soon. A big thank you to all those coordinating playground fund raising efforts!
Lastly, we have an ask of all our families - please make sure you let the school know via the attendance line if your child will not be attending school. Capturing accurate information about attendance is important for student safety, appropriate coding information and we need families to be part of this. Thank you for your support!
Have a sprightly Spring and enjoy the upcoming weather, fresh air and the anticipation of getting outdoors again!
Best wishes to all,
Jane Gibson
