Telephone Messages for Students

Messages to teachers will be relayed to them at their next break except in cases of emergency. Please keep these messages to a minimum and avoid phoning at dismissal time. Generally speaking, children will NOT be called to the phone, nor given messages to go to locations other than home, as it is impossible for us to confirm the identity of the caller. Parents are requested to make these arrangements prior to their child coming to school.

Contact Information Updates

Please notify the school office immediately with any changes of address, telephone numbers (home, business and/or cell), email address or emergency contact numbers. It is critical that we have a current record of contact information on file so we can reach you or other emergency contacts. Please also be sure to provide us with a current copy of any custody agreements.

Concerns & Complaints

We know that the success of your student is dependent on a strong partnership between families and the CBE. If you have a concern, it can usually be addressed at the classroom level. Your first step is to arrange to speak privately with your child’s teacher. If you feel your issue is still unresolved, please contact your principal. If you and the school are unable to find a resolution, please see our Concerns & Complaints page for additional information, including the process to contact your Area Director.
