March Already!

It is hard to believe that we are already over 6 months into our school year. It has been a wonderful start as I learn more about Chaparral School and community each day. I am so pleased to be leading in such a welcoming community.

Although the world is still very white outside with all of this snow, the sun is shining and brings a sense of joy and positivity with it. Additionally, the month of March brings many opportunities and celebrations:

We will be holding our Parent-Teacher Conferences on March 9 ane 10, where we are excited to celebrate your children’s learning.

On March 20, we will celebrate the Spring Equinox. This is the point in time when the sun sits directly over the Earth’s equator as it heads northward. This equinox is the representation of new life and light, new beginnings, path, and seeds.

Spring!!!

With Spring comes an opportunity to pause…we will have our annual Spring Break at the end of the month (March 25 – April 2) and then return for one more term of renewed learning. We will hold our Spring concert mid-April, please watch for more details.

I thank you all for the connection and opportunities to get to know you as partners in your children’s learning. As always, I am happy to connect at any time as needed.

With kindness,
Anica
