There are many ways you can contribute to our school’s success, and make a difference for our school and our students. Mabel’s Labels offers affordably priced, excellent quality, personalized labels that can be used for almost anything: water bottles, backpacks, lunch bags and containers.

They also have labels specifically for clothing use that are durable and washable. They are an excellent way to ensure your child’s clothing and lunch stuff stay out of the lost and found. If you order through Chaparral School, you can help raise funds for the school as well!

Fun Lunches

The Chaparral School Council is happy to announce that it will be hosting monthly Fun Lunches & Popcorn Days through Healthy Hunger. Healthy Hunger is a secure website where parents can order fun lunches and popcorn for their children all at once or monthly. Please note that Fun Lunches are for Grades 1 - 6 only, as Kindergarten is only here for 1/2 days.

Please note: Popcorn orders are available K-Grade 6, Fun Lunches are available only for Grades 1-6 because KG does not eat lunch at school.

Kernels Popcorn is also ordered through the Healthy Hunger website.  www.healthyhunger.ca. Kindergarten students are able to participate in this program.  Popcorn days are:

  • I wish to receive a tax receipt for my donation. Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more.
    • Visit the EducationMatters online donation webpage to make a donation. (Preferred donation method)
    • Write a cheque payable to EducationMatters  (all one word) and include the name of our school and the specific program, activity or item you want your donation to support in the 'memo' section. Give the cheque to the school or mail it to: EducationMatters, 1221 8 Street SW Calgary, AB T2R 0L4
  • I do not wish to receive a tax receipt for my donation
