With Springtime comes our time to continue with our safety drills. In anticipation of warmer weather, we attempt to hold these drills on warm weather days. Last Friday, we did experience a complication with our fire drill and our Facility Operator had difficulty turning off the alarm system in a timely manner. Due to the intensity of the bells and the length we stayed outside, we practiced a warming huddle where we ask students to make circle and “huddle" close to stay warm. We were able to enter the building after 10 minutes after the alarms were turned off.
