Attendance

Attendance Line: 403-777-6025 ext. 1

Please notify the school whenever a child will be late or absent. Leave a message on our Attendance Line available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Do not leave this message on the teacher’s voicemail.

Please leave the following information for each child:

  • name of student(s)
  • grade(s)
  • teacher(s)
  • reason for absence or lateness
  • length of absence if known

Children are expected to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before bell times in the morning and afternoon. There is no teacher supervision before 8:55 AM. Children are asked to go directly home after school. They will not be purposefully held back at the end of the day unless parents have been notified.

If your child is absent and there is no message on our Absence Line, we will be contacting you at the numbers listed on your child’s Demographic Report.

Extended Absences

If your child will be absent for an extended amount of time or you plan an extended absence for your child, please provide the school with the details of the absence and arrange to meet with administration to discuss the learning impact of this extended absence.
