Traffic Safety

Ensuring our students get to school safely is everyone’s responsibility. Please be mindful of crosswalks, parking rules and speed limits when you are near our schools, especially during the morning drop-off and afternoon dismissal times.

Parking & Drop-Off

Hug & Go

Students in Grades 1 through 3 can be dropped off in the Hug & Go Zone at the front of the school. There is a staff member that will assist your child in getting safely out of the vehicle. Children dropped of in the Hug & Go Zone then proceed to the back of the school where they may play under teacher supervision until the bell rings. This method of drop off is a convenient alternative to trying to find parking at this very busy time of day. We strongly encourage parents of children in Grades 1 through 3 to use the Hug & Go Zone as much as possible.

Playground Supervision

There is no teacher supervision before 8:55 AM.

Children are expected to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before bell times in the morning and afternoon.

Before and After School Care
