Regular school attendance and punctuality is required of all students. Parents are requested to inform the school by note or phone the absence line if your child(ren) will be absent or late. We greatly appreciate your support by calling the main office as we are concerned for your child’s safety. If a child is absent and we have not been notified in advance, the office staff will attempt to contact parents at home or work. A note explaining the reason for an absence to a child’s teacher helps in communicating information. Students who arrive to school late must be signed in at the office by a parent or guardian before going to class. Chronically late or absent students may have an attendance improvement plan developed to support them.
