Graduation 2023
For the most up-to-date Graduation information, it is encouraged that students check the 2023 Graduation D2L Shell. Some important dates for the 2023 Graduation:
- March 16 - General Graduation Meeting at 9:00AM in Main Gym
- May 19 - Graduation Rehearsal
- May 23 - 9:00 AM - Graduation Ceremony at BMO Center
- May 23 - 6:00 PM - Graduation Banquet at BMO Center (Please note that all student fees at Scarlett must be paid to purchase a ticket for the graduation banquet).

Signing up for myPass
By the end of grade 12, all students will need access to MyPass (Alberta Student Number ASN#). Your CBE ID# will no longer exist after June 30 of your Grade 12 year and you will access all your transcript information through myPass. Deadline for submission of this form has passed. Please contact your guidance counselor if you did not get this done.

Graduation Shell
The Grad 2023 D2L shell is now active for all Grade 12 students. We would encourage you to visit the site regularly as information is updated as it becomes available. Parents must access the information through the student D2L shell.
Graduation Photos
Our photography partners from Lifetouch will be at Dr. E.P. Scarlett between November 18 and December 9 to take grad photos of the Class of 2023. To book a sitting for these photographs, families must go to Prestige Portraits, search for school by location and select
Dr. E.P. Scarlett High School. Graduation photography will take place in the cafeteria this year. On the Prestige Portraits webpage, there are some tips for what grads can expect on photo day. Please note that any pets or additional relatives are not permitted in the school during graduation photography.
