Dress Code

It is expected that students will dress in a manner that is respectful of the learning environment.  This means that:

  • Children will come to school dressed appropriately for weather, with a focus on comfort and ease of movement to facilitate the wide variety of learning experiences students undertake.
  • Beach wear, halter-‐tops, spaghetti strap tops, short shorts, short skirts, low rise jeans which expose the midriff area and clothing with offensive language or images are not appropriate for the school environment.
  • Students will have two pairs of shoes (indoor and outdoor). Appropriate shoes must be worn in the building at all times.
  • Hats are not to be worn by male or female students in the building.
