January-February

January is here and we begin the year with a week of on-line learning. We hope to have the students back for in-school learning next week. In-school classes have been going well. Students wear their masks most of the time except for lunch and outside times. Sanitizer is used regularly. Students stay in their cohort (homeroom) for all activities inside and outside. Students appear happy and eager to be at school.
Registration for kindergarten begins January 11. Please let friends and neighbours know about our wonderful school. We are happy to have them join our Hamptons school family.
There will be a virtual School Council meeting on January 27. The link will be sent out the day of the meeting and all parents are welcome to attend.
In February, the teachers will be attending Teachers’ Convention on-line on February 11 and 12. There are many educational and thought provoking sessions to attend and teachers are
re-energized from the experiences.
Enjoy the February break and we look forward to more great learning experiences when we return.
