Dear HWW Students, Families, and Community Members, Next week we will honour Indigenous Veterans' Day and Remembrance Day. Students will be invited to participate in a virtual Remembrance Day Ceremony on November 10 as we honour and remember. We are grateful for all of the freedoms that we enjoy. PowerSchool grades will not be accessible from Nov 1-4 as teachers finalize report cards. Report cards will be live on November 9. Please contact the main office if you do not yet have PowerSchool access for your child.
We would value your support in reminding students about effective use of technology. We have seen some damage done to keyboards and computers in our labs. These technology items are so important to support student learning and we want them in the best condition for student use. Please remind your student to treat this technology as if it were their own and say something if damage is observed.
It's hard to believe we are already in November and Term 2. Happy Diwali to those Staff, Students and Families celebrating the Festival of Lights tomorrow!
