Grateful!

Today we welcomed a number of families to Windsor Park for our open house and tours. As always, it's wonderful to see the interest in our very special program. As one of our parents reminded me, we are unique not only in Calgary but, in many respects, throughout Canada. Our staff feels privileged to work with all of our students and families, and we appreciate the close relationships between us as we work together as partners in education!

Happy Holidays

After four amazing month of learning at Windsor Park, it is hard to believe that Winter Break is just around the corner. This fall we have seen amazing examples of learning through projects, presentations, and other types of work in all grades. As usual, there is a wonderful, positive energy in and around the school that we look forward to seeing continue in 2023.  Until then, we wish all of our Home Education families very happy holidays and, to those of you who celebrate it, a merry Christmas!

Fall 2022 Highlights

The start of the 2022-23 school year has been a busy and exciting one for our students and their families at CBE Home Education. A few highlights include:

-facilitations during the first weeks of September

-welcome Back Orientation - September 9

-Harvest and Halloween Extravaganza - October 28

-STE(A)M Day (Science, Technology, Art, Math Challenge Day) - November 4.

In the near future, we will be holding Remembrance Day assemblies on November 8 and 10.  Also on the horizon are School Conferences for Windsor Park classes, which will be taking place on Nov. 17 and 18.

Of course, this is just a quick snapshot of the amazing things that we get to do together with our students and families at CBE Home Education/Windsor Park. We are proud of our program, of the learning that is so evident in our students work, and we are grateful for the opportunities that we have to work together with our families.

Wishing you all continued success and joy in learning as we journey through the school year!
