Learning Commons / Library

The Learning Commons is open each school day during regular school hours. Ms. Khalil, the library assistant, is available on Mondays and Wednesdays to support students, parents and teachers to make book selections. At this time, students in Kindergarten and Grade 1 have one scheduled book exchange time each week. Students in Grade 2, 3, and 4 are able to access the Learning Commons on a daily basis. Please visit the eLibrary link on the right hand side of this page to access additional resources and see some of the resources available in the Learning Commons.

Today’s learners cannot imagine life without the internet and supporting technology. The concept of the traditional library is changing to include technology, online tools and spaces for collaboration and exploration.​​​
