| As we approach the end of November and look towards the start of December next week, there were a few items that I wanted to highlight for families.
Our School Council's winter colouring contest is open for one more week. Prizes will be awarded in a draw in December, so make sure you get the art posted to Council's Facebook page soon!
Please remember that Friday, December 4 is a PD day for CBE and is a non school day for students. Our staff will be looking at new guidelines for report cards and the assessment that goes into each one. Please remember that your child has marks posted in PowerSchool that will be forecasting the marks that appear on their report card at the end of January. Please be in contact with your child's teacher if you have any questions about your child's progress.
A reminder that report cards have been pushed back to the end of January. CBE will be publishing them in your PowerSchool accounts the week of Feb 1-5.
Huntington Hills students will continue to meet in person at school next week. The recent new health measures that the Alberta Government announced this week regarding the move to online learning are only for grades 7-12. We look forward to continuing to see your Kindergarten to grade 6 students here next week!
