Physical Education 20/30

Both Physical Education 20 and 30 are optional courses that involve a good deal of off campus travel to different facilities within the community. Students experience many varied activities to promote a healthy lifestyle. This is a co-educational class of limited size to enable the inclusion of a wide range of activities. Students should be aware that due to booking considerations with facilities and travel time, students may be required to use noon or after school time to complete activities.

Some of the options include:

  • Wall Climbing
  • Squash
  • Golf
  • Curling
  • Sailing
  • Bowling
  • Racquetball
  • Tennis
  • Canoeing
  • Yoga
