We take great pride in keeping a tidy school; both inside and out. We ask all our students to be good citizens by putting garbage and recycling where it belongs, and helping to keep our classrooms and school grounds clean.
Smoking
CBE schools and grounds are non-smoking environments, which includes inhalants such as e-cigarettes and vaporisers. Provincial law, City of Calgary Bylaw (Smoking Bylaw), and CBE Administrative Regulation 4024 provide for fines or suspension for non–compliance. No persons under the age of 18 may purchase/be in possession of cigarettes and inhalants.
Restricted Activities
- Skateboarding, longboarding and throwing snowballs are not permitted on school property.
- Smoking, the use of tobacco products or substitutes inside the school or on school property is prohibited.
