Physical Education supports you in acquiring skills through a variety of developmentally appropriate movement activities. You will gain experience within various physical activities assisting you in further understanding health and wellness benefits, promoting positive interactions and leading an active lifestyle.

Semester 2 is well under way here at Diefenbaker, and as the weather heats up so too do our Phys-Ed modules!
Lots of exciting activities are happening in all of our Phys-Ed 10/20 and 30 courses. Rock climbing, Muay-Thai kickboxing, squash, racquetball, billiards, bowling, and many exciting fitness centre work-outs. Upcoming for our 20s and 30s after Spring break are canoeing, kayaking, and golf.
Students are required to change clothes for Phys-Ed classes, so please ensure a clean change of clothes are brought to school. Go Chiefs!
