Concerns & Complaints

We know that the success of your student is dependent on a strong partnership between families and the CBE. If you have a concern, it can usually be addressed at the classroom level. Your first step is to arrange to speak privately with your child’s teacher. If you feel your issue is still unresolved, please contact your principal. If you and the school are unable to find a resolution, please see our Concerns & Complaints page for additional information, including the process to contact your Area Director.

Are you graduating this year or leaving the CBE? Don’t forget to save any important files or emails, as you will lose access to all CBE tools, including Gmail, after June 30. Accounts cannot be accessed after you leave the CBE. https://t.co/l9TC7koZv7 #WeAreCBE https://t.co/ap1BA5mxlE
