I am writing to share information
with you about something that happened after the school day ended yesterday.
Late yesterday afternoon, CBE and
school administration was made aware of an apparent threat to a number of
schools made on social media. Calgary Police Service (CPS) was
immediately involved to assess the threat. CPS has determined that there
is no threat to schools and school will continue today as normal. Below

Having said that, all threats of
this nature are taken seriously and fully investigated. Should there be
evidence that would require the school to initiate other critical incident
protocols or procedures, we would act quickly to enact those processes.
