Traffic Safety

Ensuring our students get to school safely is everyone’s responsibility. Please be mindful of crosswalks, parking rules and speed limits when you are near our schools, especially during the morning drop-off and afternoon dismissal times.

Parking & Drop-Off

The staff parking lot is off limits to parents dropping off and picking up their child(ren) from the school.

This is a safety issue due to the high volume of staff using these spots. There is ample space along Everoak Drive to do so. Please be courteous and respectful of the residents that live in close proximity to the school – do not park in or block driveways or alleys. 'No stopping' signage has been installed by the City along Everridge Drive and Police have been enforcing this and issuing tickets recently.

  • When picking up your child(ren) early, they must be signed out at the office by a parent/guardian on file.
  • Students that come to school late are required to stop at the office to pick up a late slip prior to heading to their class.
