Learning Commons at the CBE

Today’s learners cannot imagine life without the internet and supporting technology. The concept of the traditional library is changing to include technology, online tools and spaces for collaboration and exploration.

Marshall Springs Learning Commons (*temporarily closed due to Covid)

The learning commons is a very important place for learning in our school. We want you to use the learning commons. It is designed to support your learning.  Early in the school year your teachers will take you to the library so that you can know and understand everything the library has to offer you.

*Once the Learning Commons reopens:

  • The library hours are Monday - Thursday from 8:40 AM to 3:10 PM and Friday open until Noon
  • You may borrow up to 3 resources at a time for a two week period of time
  • Your Marshall Springs student ID is your library card
  • The computers are available for your academic use
  • If you lose any library items, you will need to pay the full replacement cost
