Mask/Test Kit Arrival

Dear Families,

We received our shipment of medical masks and rapid test kits yesterday. Each student was provided with one test kit (5 rapid tests). These are to be used at your discretion. Students are not required to test on a regular basis, however, when you know a student has been exposed to a positive case or they exhibit symptoms, testing is recommended. Continue to use and follow the guidelines for isolation for children under 18.

Medical masks will be distributed at school. Students will need to continue to wear their cloth masks to enter school. Teachers have been provided with 20 masks/student. They will be offered to students in the morning should they wish to wear them. They are all quite small and so may be comfortable for our youngest students but will be tight for many. There is no requirement that students wear these masks. Students can continue to wear their cloth masks at school.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please connect with your child's teacher.

Sincerely,

Carrie and Michelle
