Permission for Office-Site Activities
Off-site activities/events are carefully planned to enhance and support the curriculum and strive to make learning more relevant for students.
Permission forms for off-site activities must be returned by the due date to allow staff to make final arrangements for transportation, class coverage, and payments to the service provider. Students are reminded that it is their responsibility to take the form home, have it completed/signed by a parent/guardian, and return it to school by the due date. Students not returning forms by the due date will not be permitted to attend the field trip. In some cases, trips may need to be cancelled if sufficient numbers of forms are not returned.
