| As the days start to get longer and the Family Day long weekend is upon us I hope you are able to find time to relax and enjoy your family. We look forward to seeing many parents at the upcoming parent teacher interviews on March 9 & 10, 2023, and spring break is March 25 to April 2, 2023 this year. Have a great weekend

| Today our school took time to pause and remember the life of Queen Elizabeth II. Her majesty has severed the crown for 70 years and has been a significant leader in our world. Students were able to ask questions after we gathered together to pause in silence and remember her life. Many students will remember this significant milestone as we now honour King Charles III as the new head of the Monarchy. Thank you Queen Elizabeth, you will be remember. Regards, Steve Wigglesworth Principal

| Dear Parents/Guardians, As the school year comes to an end I want to wish you all a relaxing and restful summer. It has been a school year like no other, with ever changing health restrictions and many people in our community being affected by COVID. Parents have had to be flexible as classes move between on-line and in person. As we had our final school council meeting, we paused to reflect on the year and looked forward with optimism to next year. We hope to be able to have more face to face interactions and recover from this long and challenging pandemic. I want to say, Thank You. Thank you for your understanding. Thank you for your patience and thank you for your kindness. Have a wonderful summer and I look forward to seeing you all in September. The first day of school is September 1st, 2022. Kind Regards, Steve Wigglesworth |
| Dear Parents/Guardians, Spring is in the air and June is upon us. We are excited to be shifting our June School Council meeting, on the 14th, to in-person at the school. We will have treats and time to socialize in addition to our meeting. Please come out and support your child's school and share your thoughts and ideas. The meeting starts at 6:45 in the Learning Commons. All parents/guardians are welcome. Our grade six students will celebrate the end of their elementary school experience with parents on June 23 at 10am. Please connect with Ms. Musto if you plan to attend or have questions. As the weather in Calgary can change quickly, please ensure your child is prepared for cooler or wet conditions during the day. Our last day of school this year is June 28. It is a full day. Classes resume on September 1, 2022 for next school year. Kind Regards, Steve Wigglesworth Principal
