Make-n-Take kits are available for students who wish to explore various elements of making through the creation of a project that students can create and keep. Make-n-Take projects include instructions and tutorials that will guide you through the process from start to finish. Follow along, make personal modifications as you go, and MAKE something amazing.
There is a cost associated with all Make-n-Take kits to cover the materials and consumables needed to create the project. Individual kit cost vary depending on the nature of the project.
Lasercut Christmas Ornaments
This is available for RTHS students and staff only. (2 submissions per person max)
$5.00 per 6 x 8 Sheet, payment must be received before ornaments will be produced. See Steve (Mr. Christensen) or Dave (Mr. Blenkhorne) in the Makerspace. (Cash ONLY)

Once you have your designs ready, click here to upload your Illustrator file and we’ll laser cut it for you!
We will send you an email when your ornaments are ready to be picked up from the Makerspace!
Bottle Rocket Nozzle Design Project
The bottle rocket nozzle will be designed using Fusion 360 – this is a free online program, however you must sign up for an account. Please see Mr. Christensen or Mr. Blenkhorne for needed permission paperwork.
Once you have your account download the following file into your personal drive:

Complete your nozzle design
Note: you must have a minimum opening of 5mm and a maximum opening of 20mm
Once your design is complete, show it to and share it with Mr. Christensen kechristense@cbe.ab.ca
