There are many ways you can contribute to our school’s success, and make a difference for our school and our students. In our school, this can include providing in-kind donations, contributing cash and lending expertise and technical knowledge. Connect with our principal on what may be appropriate. For more information on ways to give to CBE, visit Donate on the CBE website.

Fundraisers & Donations

2021 ROS Fundraising Society Donation Campaign

~A VERY Unconventional Fundraiser~

Dear ROS Families,

This year we have decided to repeat the easiest fundraiser ever! Your generous donations will go directly to our school and benefit the students and staff. We understand that selling and ordering items adds up, especially if you have multiple children and want to support their schools, groups and extra-curricular activities. This is why, by popular demand the Fundraising Society will once again host a Donation Campaign. In previous years, cash and cheque options were available, however, in an attempt to be contactless this year we will ONLY accept funds in the following 2 ways:

1. Email Money Transfer: ROSFundraisingSociety@gmail.com

  • We are set up for Auto deposit so No password is required and 100% of funds go to the school
  • We cannot issue tax receipts for EMT’s from the Fundraising Society, although we would love to

2. EducationMatters via your MyCBE / Powerschool Student Fees page:

Log into MyCBE / Powerschool Student Fees page ! Education Matters Donation webpage link

  • This will take you to a secure place where you can use your credit card for payment
  • Please designate funds to Royal Oak School from the drop down menu, otherwise ROS will not receive this money. ROS will ONLY receive funds if it is specified in this form.
  • Tax receipts will be issued via email from Education Matters for donations over $20
  • Funds take slightly longer to be released to the school and a 3.5% admin fee is kept by EducationMatters

The Fundraising Society works closely with School Council and the ROS Administration team to distribute
these funds in the most sensible and equal way they can, stretching these funds in as many creative ways as
possible.

This campaign will run until MARCH 25, though we can receive donations any time of the school year. We
have such a wonderful school community, and we are proud to be a part of it! On behalf of the students,
teachers and staff at Royal Oak School, THANK YOU!!!

Sincerely, ROS Fundraising Society volunteers, Kate, Natasha, Kasandra, Sara and Tracy
