Dear parents,
-Provincial funding has been extended! Ms.Bailey and Mr. Cooper will remain in their current roles to allow for Ms. Lockerbie to provide extra support to students who require it.
-Beach Day on Friday. The students should still wear warm clothes to school and/for recess. Underneath the warm clothes could be sunglasses, sun hat, t-shirt/shorts and or/an Hawaiian lei.
-We have had a few parents ask about Scenic Acres Hoodies/T-shirts. Please fill out this 10 second survey https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScYgfW-Ei8JdLJk_dill_ZwiuaejlYPozKy4FUVvnPug9KZRQ/viewform?usp=sf_link to see if we should open the store this spring or wait until August.
-There will be no school next week (March 27-30th) and we start classes again on Monday, April 3rd. Have a very safe and happy break!

Hello Scenic Acres School families,
A few updates:
The April council meeting has been moved from April 12 to April 26. This meeting will still be held virtually. A Microsoft Teams meeting link will be sent out closer to the meeting. Public School Trustee Dana Downey will be joining us at 6:30pm and will be available for a short Q&A session. Mr. Cooper will also be joining us with an update from the music room. All parents and guardians of a student at the school are welcome to attend. We hope to see you then!
