SPB Supports "The Doorway" This Season

SPB has determined to collectively support a meaningful local charity that supports young people who want to move off the streets. Although we work with young people in schools to attempt to prevent poor life style choices, we can also help an organization that catches them after they have gone down the wrong path and want to come back from it. Items requested by "The Doorway" include cash donations in order to purchase each client a holiday gift worth approximately $25 and to prepare for a holiday celebration at the center. Much needed items such as warm outdoor clothing and hygiene supplies are also requested. Keep posted for more information regarding drop-off and collection of goods at the school, which will be officially launched during the week of Dec. 3. Note that this email will have a "commercial" designation, meaning that only families who have signed up to receive commercial emails in the CBE will receive the information.
