Cyber Safety Resources for Families

Covid-19 has definitely seen our children accessing web-based social media and cyber connections more than ever before. While social media has many benefits, there can also be many stressors with these tools for our children. Our School Resource Officer (SRO) has taken time this year to speak with several of our classes about Cyber safety. Please find the resources below from Constable Dave, our SRO, to support your information gathering and add to your cyber toolobox. This list contains suggestions but is in by no means exclusive to all supporting resources on this topic. Additionally, some of these sites may have 'at cost' programs which we are in no way promoting as 'must do' activities for parents. We hope to be hosting a virtual parent evening in the upcoming months to address your Cyber questions.
