Extracurricular Activities

Extracurricular activities invite students to pursue passions and interests that fall outside the curriculum. These activities can include special interest clubs, arts, music and athletics. Opportunities are offered depending on school resources.

Extracurricular

Thorncliffe students have access to a variety of clubs sponsored by teachers and community volunteers. Clubs are announced on an ongoing basis throughout the year. Scheduling depends on student interest, teacher availability and availability of space. It is our goal to offer a variety of exciting experiences for students from Grade One to Six.

Examples of some clubs offered during 2019-2020 include:

  • Technology (Coding) Club
  • Choir
  • Student Voice (Leadership)
  • Art and Cardmaking Club

Further clubs will be announced as they become available.
